We will develop our treatment plan specifically for your pet based on the condition, its severity and a number of other unique factors. Our goal is to eliminate symptoms altogether, however, in some cases ongoing management will be required. In these instances, we will work closely with you to come up with a strategy that will help your loved one enjoy a better quality of life.
If you’ve noticed that your pet has been scratching, licking or biting at a certain area, or has bald spots or unusual bumps on his or her skin, give us a call. We’ll work hard to get your loved one’s external health under control once and for all.
Dealing with allergies can be a really stressful thing. Pet owners are constantly changing food trying to find out what food the pet is possibly allergic too. Maybe it isn’t the food that the pet is allergic to and it’s actually the environment that the pet is allergic too. Narrowing it down to whether it’s a food or environmental allergy can be a hard and expensive path. We offer Nelco allergy testing to make the pet and owners life a little easier. All that you need to do is make an appointment, and have your pet evaluated. Blood will be drawn in the exam room and sent out to the Nelco lab. In a couple of weeks the results will arrive showing what exactly your pet is allergic to. From this point we can make a better plan for your pets allergies. Feel free to call and ask about our allergy testing to learn more today.
